Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days of receipt.
